Sweet Lola. I have photographed her since she was preschool age, and she was just as cute back then! She recently turned 8 and has decided to be baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints soon. She is so excited and her session was really fun! I adore her!

This family was the absolute sweetest! It was such an honor to document their newest addition, in their beautiful home. Little Bode was such an angel for his session. I adore in-home newborn sessions, and they are even better at home! It relieves so much stress for the new mom. During this session, big sister needed a little break and it was so easy for her to take few minutes downstairs and have a snack. There’s no rushing to get everyone ready and in the car, so you can get to your session on time.

The Burghardt family was so patient with me and the weather. The weather has definitely kept me on my toes this year. We had to reschedule this session twice, but it all worked out in the end. I think this is my fifth time photographing this beautiful family! They don’t come any better than the Andersons. If you know them, you love them. This family booked one of my Albion mini sessions for their first family photos. Their daughter seriously looks like a doll baby. She’s perfection! They were so easy going and made by job a breeze. James is my by brother-in-law and his wife Shawn is one of the biggest supporters of my photography. She has hired me year after year and I’m so grateful! She truly values getting family photos taken and theirs always turn out so well! Her kids weren’t really into pictures this time, especially their little one (which is totally normal for most babies). It can be a frustrating situation for parents, and you might feel like just calling it. James and Shawn stuck it out and we ended up getting great photos! Sometimes it just takes a little longer, but it’s worth it in the end. Remember, just try to go with the flow once you get to your session. Thanks again Johnson Family! Love ya!
