Sink Bath + Personal Post I don’t know what it is about sink baths, but they make me so nostalgic. It’s the photos like these, the everyday that I will cherish the most. I love this Bubby.

The Garden + Personal Post
The Garden + Personal Post It doesn’t get much better than spending time in our yard, just us. We especially love checking on the garden together. The kids love stealing all the tomatoes! It had been a while since I’d gotten my camera out with no plan and I loved it.
Shop Plain Jane + Personal Post
Shop Plain Jane + Personal Post These Shop Plain Jane jammies are the softest things and I couldn’t resist getting all matching ones. The day they came we just had a little photoshoot and snuggled. Man I love these little cuties!
Florida Keys Vacation | Personal Post
Florida Keys Vacation | Personal Post John wants to be the type of person that plans surprises, but he just isn’t haha. So I was shocked to say the least when he told me he had planned a trip to the Florida Keys for my birthday! In the past, whenever we plan a beach vacation we get rainy weather. So of course the forecast showed rain every day, but we actually lucked out with pretty nice weather most of the trip!
My Family Photos | Logan Canyon
My Family Photos | Logan Canyon I had way too many favorites to narrow these down anymore, so I didn’t even try! Kali Poulson Photography took our family photos back in 2017 and they are some of my favorite photos ever so I had to book her! Once again, she exceeded my expectations! Plus she’s just fun to hang out with.
Baby Will | Cake Smash
Baby Will | Cake Smash Neither of his sisters wanted anything to do with their first birthday cake, so I expected Will to be the same. Luckily he loved it and was so fun to watch! This was a really simple setup that anyone could do. I used two white sheets and hung them in the back yard. I prefer sheets for this, because seamless backdrop paper looks really messy with all the cake and frosting. I ordered balloons and balloon tape from Amazon, and it makes balloon garlands and arches SO easy to do! I also purchased a balloon filler earlier this year and it saves so much time!… Keep Reading
Will Turns One | Birthday Portraits
Will Turns One | Birthday Portraits That was the fastest year of my life! Will has been such a joy from day one. He is the happiest, smiliest baby and you just can’t help but love him! He’s been an angel. We were out of town for his birthday, so I took these portraits of him in our backyard when we got back. Of course, his sisters had to get in the photos too. They both adore him! Ava and Will have an especially cute friendship. They love to play, read and giggle together. Their laughs are so infectious! Happy Birthday Bubby! We sure love ya!
My Family Photos| Personal Post
My Family Photos | Personal Post I am finally getting around to showing you more of my own family photos from November. I actually wasn’t going to schedule family photos in the fall, I was planning on waiting until spring. But our baby Will was just so smiley and happy that I HAD to have photos of him! And wouldn’t you know it, he was so serious and somber the whole time haha! We got one shot of him smiling and you better believe I have it hanging on my wall. It was a great reminder not to go into family photos with high expectations for your kids. However they… Keep Reading
The Pink Square
I recently got a special package in the mail. If you knew my mom, you know she crocheted a ton! I wish I had a count of how many of these blankets she crocheted for baby gifts. Before she passed away, she was working on this blue one for a future grand baby. She wasn’t able to finish it. Her twin sister offered to finish the blanket and she crocheted the most perfect pink square where my mom left off. I will treasure it forever and ever. If you have a blanket my mom crocheted, will you send me a picture of it? You can email them to madison.jj@hotmail.com or… Keep Reading
Girl’s Room Renovation
Ava and Tess have always shared a room. Our house only has two bedroom upstairs, so when we were expecting our third baby, we knew the girls would need to move downstairs. We live in an old house and whoever finished the basement in the past, didn’t do the best job. The bedroom we needed to move them into didn’t have a closet or any outlets! We thought we would just add outlets, an Ikea closet and replace the old painted paneling with drywall. As most DIY projects go, it ended up being much more complicated. You never know what you are going to find once you start tearing into… Keep Reading
