Kenzie and Quinn’s session was so fun! She originally asked for blossoms, but I didn’t think the timing of their session would work out. As it turns out, the cherry blossoms at the Utah State Capitol were a little late this year so it worked out perfectly! If you haven’t been to see the blossoms yet, you should go. Finding the Light
These photos were taken in just a few minutes in my living room one morning. Ava is at the age where she gets really excited when I want to take pictures of her, so it’s fun. Tess is hard to get to cooperate haha. I swear she has the energy of 5 toddlers some days! Today was kind of a rough mom day. Soffe Family + Snowy Maternity Session
This gorgeous family just announced they will be adding a baby boy to their family and I’m thrilled for them! This session lit my photographer soul on fire! Sandra + Maternity Session
I admire Sandra so much! We met while we were both going to school at Utah State and we have been lucky enough to keep in touch over the years. I am so happy for her, and was so grateful when she asked me to take her maternity photos! We were in the process of scheduling the shoot and choosing a location when she went into preterm labor and has had to stay in the hospital on bedrest since. Tess Jamie is 2!
We celebrated Tess’s birthday over the weekend! We are so grateful for this little girl. She is so fiery and hilarious. Ava was just watching her yesterday and looked over at me and said, “Mom, she’s so cute.” I have to agree. Morgan + Senior Session at Silver Lake
Morgan may just be the most beautiful senior ever! Her sweet soul just shines outward. I completely enjoyed her session and just being around her, it was so fun! She is the oldest in her family, plays soccer, basketball and has plans to be a pharmacist after graduation. Her future is as bright as her gorgeous smile. Good luck in all you do Morgan!!!
Walker Family + Big Cottonwood Canyon
I sat down to edit a sneak peek of this session and ended up finishing the entire thing! This family is just too gorgeous, I couldn’t make myself stop. Val and I know each other from design school and I love each time I get to see her and her family. Their sweet Gavin is growing so fast! He looked like such a little man in his outfit. He has grown so much since their session last year (see it here). Gav definitely has a future in modeling if he wants it. Lainee + Senior Session
Senior sessions are so fun and Lainee was no exception! She is so laid back and just easy to be around. She let me take her to three different locations and I love the variety it added to her session. She is so beautiful inside and out and I love how her photos turned out! Livi + SLC Temple Baptism Session
Editing these photos made me happy and sad at the same time. Happy because she looks so beautiful and full of joy, but sad because she looks so old to me. Beautiful Livi is my niece and I love her to pieces! She made me laugh so. dang. hard. the entire session! She was poppin’ her hip and throwin’ down poses left and right. So much confidence and sass!
